 That said, we aim to complete most marketing requests within 2–3 business days.
 Larger projects (branding, websites, and custom designs) may take a bit longer, but you’ll always be kept in the loop.

Will this be billed through my Keller Williams monthly statement?

No — our services are completely separate from your KW Market Center billing.
 Payments are processed securely through QuickBooks or through our Wix shop checkout, depending on the service.
 We accept all major credit cards and Zelle.

How do I get started with a new service?

Just purchase your service through our shop!
 Once you check out, you’ll automatically receive the correct intake form or onboarding instructions for that product.
 Once submitted, our team begins working right away.

What happens after I submit my intake form?

You’ll receive a confirmation email, and our team will begin preparing your project.
 If we have everything we need, we’ll go straight into design and delivery.
 If anything is missing, you’ll receive a quick follow-up to keep things moving.

Do you offer revisions?

Yes. All services include one round of revisions to ensure your materials feel aligned with your brand and voice.
 Additional revisions are always available and will be quoted as needed.

What if I don’t have a brand yet?

 We’ll walk you through anything that requires your login.
