✨ October 2026 Update: Reusable QR Codes in Canva!
Canva now offers a Dynamic QR Code option, making it even easier to create reusable marketing materials for your real estate business! Unlike a traditional static QR code, a dynamic QR code allows you to update the destination URL without changing the QR code itself.
This is especially helpful for agents who want to invest in professionally printed Open House signs, flyers, or other reusable marketing materials without having to reprint them for every new listing!
How to Create a Dynamic QR Code in Canva:
Open your Canva design. For Open House signage, we recommend the 24" × 28" size!
Select Elements from the left-hand menu and search for QR Code.
Choose Dynamic QR Code (this is the important part!).
Select your preferred pattern. Blocks works great!
Paste in the URL of your KW Command Open House sign-in page.
Click Save to generate your QR code!
Ready to Use It for Your Next Open House?
Once you've created a new Open House sign-in page in Command:
Open your existing Canva design.
Double-click your dynamic QR code to reopen the editor.
Replace the previous URL with your new Open House sign-in link.
Click Save!
That's it! Your QR code stays the same, but visitors will now be directed to your updated sign-in page.
Pro Tip: Always test your QR code with your phone after updating the URL to make sure everything is routing correctly before your next Open House!
